Indices (apurés des dividendes versés) pour les actions de sociétés immobilières cotées en bourse (WUPIX-A), de fonds immobiliers cotés en bourse (WUPIX-F) ainsi que l'indice pour les fondations de placements immobiliers (KGAST Immo-Index). A titre de comparaison, les informations comprennent également le Swiss-Performance-Index (SPI).
WUPIX-A et WUPIX-F sont des marques déposées de Wüest & Partner AG. Leur calcul intervient conformément à des standards reconnus sur le plan international et il est exécuté en âme et conscience. Wüest & Partner AG se réserve le droit de procéder en tout temps, et même avec effet rétroactif, à des modifications ou des corrections des indices. Toute responsabilité pour des dommages encourus suite à des modifications est exclue.
Les données ne doivent pas être utilisées sans autorisation écrite préalable de Wüest & Partner, surtout pas pour servir de base à des instruments financiers (y compris des fonds gérés passivement et des valeurs mobilières dérivées indexées) ou à la vérification d'autres données ou indices.
