Transaction price index
Here you will find Wüest & Partner's current localised and supra-regional hedonic transaction price indices for owner-occupied apartments and single-family houses. From the first quarter 2000 the indices are presented quarterly and from 1985 to the present day annualy.
The supra-regional index for the whole of Switzerland or one of the 8 market regions (Monitoring regions) applies to a property of average size and quality (location, setting). The localised indices can be further differentiated according to property type and are presented for the chosen MS-region as well as the surrounding canton and the whole of Switzerland.
Access to the localised transaction price index is subject to a fee. Payment may be effected using either the SaferPay service or Wüest & Partner's account system (further details of payment options are provided under Payment methods).
