IPD/Wüest & Partner Swiss Annual Index 2008 has been published. The Swiss All Property total return for 2008 was 6.1%. Once again the retail sector was the strongest sector with total returns of 6.5%. The weakest sector was the office market achieving total returns of 5.8%.
