24.1.2011 Changes to the Group of Partners.
From 1st January 2011, Wüest & Partner has strengthened its team of partners with the addition of Patrick Schnorf. Patrick graduated as an engineer and has gained further qualifications in the subjects of business administration (MAS MTEC) and geographic information systems. As co-head of the Market & Research department, he is responsible for customer mandates in the areas of real estate markets, forecasts, management information systems and strategic consulting.
Matthias Haag will leave Wüest & Partner at the end of April 2011. Matthias has managed the Public and Corporate Real Estate department since 2000. In addition, he has been active as a consultant in real estate transactions and construction market issues. After almost 16 years in the organisation, Matthias has decided to seek a new professional challenge outside Wüest & Partner.

20.4.2010 New publication: Property Market Switzerland - Quarterly Report 2010/2 (PDF, 332 KB) on all Swiss real estate segments.
29.3.2010 IPD/Wüest & Partner Swiss Annual Index 2009 has been published.
The Swiss All Property total return for 2009 was 5.5%. Once again the retail sector was the strongest sector with total returns of 6.3%. The weakest sector was the "other properties" achieving total returns of 5.8%.

18.1.2010 On Wüest & Partner's online services platfom the localised transaction price index has been expanded by the quarterly transaction price index and has been newly designed. The products «Immobilienpreise» and «Standort- und Marktrating» have undergone minor changes in design.
