Changes to group of Partners
As of 1 January 2013, Stefan Meier, Hervť Froidevaux and Ronny Haase will join our company as partners and shareholders.
Stefan Meier earned a degree in architecture at ETH Zurich and completed a Master's degree in marketing management at the University of Basel. His activities focus on locational trends, urban redevelopment and project development; he is also a specialist in client consulting and marketing concepts.
Hervť Froidevaux holds a degree in business administration. He manages our Geneva office together with Nabil Aziz. His work focuses on market and location analyses and development concepts. He is also responsible for PR work and our publications in western Switzerland.
Ronny Haase holds a postgraduate degree in industrial engineering (Dr. sc. ETH). He is responsible for spatial data and models and for valuation functions (in particular our hedonic tools). In addition, he is in charge of our IT unit.
Matthias Arioli will leave WŁest & Partner at the end of December 2012 for health-related reasons. In his 20 or so years at WŁest & Partner, half of these as a partner, Matthias Arioli made a major contribution to the company's development and set new directions. We would like to thank him for his considerable commitment and excellent service and wish him all the best for the future.
New Managing Director for W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH.
From 1st July 2012, W&P Immobilienberatung has strengthened its team with the addition of Sven Graven as a Managing Director. Sven is business economist (Diplom-Kaufmann) and Chartered Surveyor MRICS. He works in our offices in Frankfurt am Main.
