10.4.2008 IPD / Wüest & Partner Swiss Annual Index has been published
The Swiss All Property total return for 2007 was 7.1%. This return is the highest posted over the past five years and constitutes an increase of 120 basis points on 2006.  Once again the retail sector was the strongest sector with total returns of 10.0%.  Mixed use and other commercial properties ranked second with returns of 7.7% in 2007, whilst the office market saw a return of 6.9%. The weakest sector was residential properties achieving total returns of 6.0%. 1.1.2008 Increase in number of Partners.
The company's Partners see it as their task to guarantee the utmost professionalism and highest standards in the provision of consultancy services. Through the addition of Andreas Bleisch to its Partner team, the company will be well equipped to meet the challenges posed by rising business volumes.
20.11.2007 Online-services: calculation method and output format of development land prices have been revised.
27.9.2007 The online services now include updates to various data series. In addition, the underlying area codes have been adjusted to reflect the 2007 values.
26.9.2007 Extension to Online-Services to include Location and market rating differentiated by type of use for all Swiss municipalites for the most recent two-and-a-half year period.
30.8.2007 Wüest & Partner continues to grow.
Following last year's successful opening of a branch in Geneva, Wüest & Partner now expands its operations across the border. The newly established subsidiary W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH is based in Frankfurt/Main, in the heart of the central business district. The office is run by Dr. Christoph Zaborowski and Jan Bärthel, who have both been with Wüest & Partner for many years.
As of today, W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH will be the first point of contact for all our clients with consultancy requirements in Germany, covering all services of Wüest & Partner.
27.4.2007 IPD / Wüest & Partner Swiss Annual Index has been published

This return is the highest posted over the past four years and constitutes an increase of 70 basis points on 2005.  Once again the retail sector was the strongest sector with total returns of 7.7%.  Mixed use and other commercial properties ranked second with returns of 6.5% in 2006, whilst the office market saw a return of 5.6%. The weakest sector was residential properties, which represents 42.5% of the index, achieving total returns of 5.3%. 8.1.2007 Theme 5 of Online-Services location data revised and extended: Services now include information on annual income tax burden for natural persons (excl. church tax), according to income group and household type for all cantons and municipalities within Switzerland.
